Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Compensation and Benefits Coordinator to join our team at SaveMax Staffing Solutions.

About the Role

This is a permanent full-time position with 30-40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure seamless operations.
  • Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage training and development strategies to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information to inform business decisions.
  • Respond to employee questions and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient operations.
  • Oversee payroll administration to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures to ensure consistency and fairness.
  • Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records.
  • Schedule staff to meet business needs and objectives.
  • Identify current and prospective staffing requirements to inform recruitment efforts.
  • Set staff work schedules to ensure optimal productivity.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with ability to multitask.
  • Team player with ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new systems and processes.
Skills and Qualifications
  • MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
  • Human resources software.
  • Attention to detail.

Estimated Salary

$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
