About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Office Support Professional to join our team at ONTARIO INC. As a key member of our administration group, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision:
    • Spearhead the supervision of other workers to ensure seamless workflow.
    • Determine and establish office procedures and routines that maximize productivity.
  • Recruitment and Staffing:
    • Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to identify top talent.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Schedule and confirm appointments with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Manage contracts and maintain accurate records.
    • Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Data Management:
    • Compile data, statistics, and other relevant information to inform business decisions.
  • Client Service:
    • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.
  • Payroll and Inventory:
    • Oversee payroll administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
    • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
  • Work Environment:
    • Evaluate work environments, programs, and procedures to prevent injuries and improve overall well-being.
Requirements
  • Education:
    • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a related field, preferably in an administrative role.
  • Skills and Qualifications:
    • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
    • Familiarity with payroll administration and inventory management.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience:
    • At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role, with a focus on leadership and supervision.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision coverage, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
