Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Flex Nails & Beauty Super Store. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision
    • Supervise and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to improve staff performance.
  • Store Operations
    • Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
    • Ensure that the store is always well-stocked, visually appealing, and meets company standards.
  • Sales and Customer Service
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and meet sales targets.
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory and Stock Control
    • Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving stock, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
    • Conduct regular stock takes to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including sales data and customer feedback.
    • Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail management role
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong leadership and team management skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
    • Proficient in inventory management and stock control
    • Ability to analyze sales data and identify trends
Working Conditions
