Job Summary:
Bukhary Retail and Fashion Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, managing sales floor activities, and maintaining a high level of store appearance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Effectively manage and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and providing excellent customer service.
- Authorize Return of Merchandise: Process returns and exchanges in a fair and timely manner, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Sell Merchandise: Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively promoting and selling products to customers.
- Prepare Reports: Compile and analyze sales data, merchandising reports, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise, providing solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Organize and Maintain Inventory: Ensure that inventory levels are accurate and up-to-date, maintaining a high level of stockroom organization.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the daily activities of sales floor staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
- Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate: Equivalent experience may be considered.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
- Work Location: On-site work only, with no option for remote work.
