Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Flex Nails & Beauty Super Store. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring they are meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
    • Assign tasks and duties to staff members, ensuring they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Store Operations
    • Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, stock ordering, and merchandise display.
    • Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
    • Ensure customer complaints are handled promptly and professionally.
  • Performance Management
    • Monitor and analyze sales data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase sales.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews with staff members, providing feedback and coaching to help them improve their performance.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail management role
    • Proven track record of success in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong leadership and management skills
    • Ability to work in a team environment
    • Highly organized and detail-oriented
