About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Bukhary Retail and Fashion Inc. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our sales goals are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Effectively manage and allocate tasks to sales staff to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency.
  • Authorize Return of Merchandise: Process returns and exchanges in a fair and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Sell Merchandise: Provide excellent customer service, answer questions, and make sales recommendations to drive sales growth.
  • Prepare Reports: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, resolve supply chain issues, and maintain a positive store environment.
  • Organize Inventory: Manage stock levels, maintain a clean and organized store, and ensure that merchandise is displayed attractively.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Lead and motivate sales staff, provide coaching and feedback, and ensure that store operations run smoothly.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail management role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
