Restaurant Shift Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Shift Manager to join our team at McDonalds Restaurant. As a Restaurant Shift Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, including training staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures.
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports, including work schedules and inventory management.
- Address customers' complaints or concerns and maintain a positive customer experience.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
