Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Shift Manager to join our team at McDonald's Restaurant. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of employees and ensuring that our customers receive excellent service and high-quality food.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of employees and provide guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their responsibilities.
- Ensure that all customers receive excellent service and that their needs are met.
- Manage inventory and supplies to ensure that we have enough stock to meet customer demand.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a leadership role or customer service position preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
