Restaurant Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Shift Manager to join our team at McDonalds Restaurant. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff members and ensuring that our customers receive excellent service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and supervise a team of 5-10 staff members, including food and beverage servers, food service counter attendants, and kitchen and food service helpers.
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports, including financial and operational data.
- Address customers' complaints or concerns and maintain a positive and professional attitude.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a physically demanding environment.
- High school graduation certificate and relevant training or certification.
