About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef to join our team at Ah-So Korea/BUSU. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menus to enhance our culinary offerings
  • Lead and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure seamless kitchen operations
  • Supervise food preparation, cooking, and presentation to meet our high standards
  • Manage kitchen inventory, ordering, and requisitioning of supplies
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to plan and execute special events and banquets
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a senior culinary role
  • Proven track record of leading a kitchen team and achieving high-quality results
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of Japanese and Korean cuisine a plus
