Restaurant Operations Manager

At Tim Hortons 8173, we are seeking a highly motivated and organized Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our restaurant staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our cafeteria and food service establishment.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food preparation team, ensuring high-quality food and exceptional customer service.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring minimal waste and optimal inventory management.
- Hire and manage food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance, providing valuable insights for business growth and improvement.
As a Restaurant Supervisor at Tim Hortons 8173, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. You will be standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, and kneeling to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements:- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service establishment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address customer complaints and concerns.
- Ability to work under pressure, meeting tight deadlines and maintaining a high level of productivity.
