Restaurant Supervisor Job Description

At Tim Hortons 8173, we are seeking a highly motivated and organized Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cafeteria, ensuring that our food and service meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service.
  • Food Quality and Safety: Ensure that our food meets the highest quality standards, adhering to our strict food safety protocols and procedures.
  • Staff Training and Development: Train and develop our staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Inventory Management: Manage our inventory levels, ensuring that we have the necessary supplies and ingredients to meet customer demand.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Work Setting: Cafeteria, Food Service Establishment, Fast Food Outlet or Concession
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and high customer expectations.
  • Physical Demands: Stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, kneel, and walk.
Personal Suitability:
  • Client Focus: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Efficient Interpersonal Skills: Work effectively with our staff, management team, and customers to achieve our goals and objectives.
