Restaurant Operations Manager

At Tim Hortons 8173, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cafeteria, ensuring that our food and service meet the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, providing guidance and training to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Food Quality and Safety: Ensure that all food is prepared and served to our customers in a safe and timely manner, adhering to our quality control standards.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, and develop our food service staff, providing them with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers receive excellent service.
- Operations: Establish methods to meet work schedules, prepare budgets and cost estimates, and prepare and submit reports as required.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 44 hours per week.
