We're looking for a talented Performance Media Coordinator to join our team and support our media team in achieving campaign objectives. As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to grow your skills across various platforms and contribute to the success of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Media Optimization: Collaborate with our media team to implement optimization tactics across Google, Facebook, Bing, Metasearch, and other relevant paid media channels.
  • Client Support: Track client tickets, implement updates, and support with the coordination of media accounts through note-taking, dashboard reviews, and other tasks.
  • Reporting and Insights: Assist strategists by pulling together reports and insights to help inform campaign decisions.
  • Budget Management: Monitor campaign budgets and results, escalating any issues as required.
  • Client Communication: Attend client status calls and present campaign results and insights to clients.
  • Campaign Optimization: Optimize campaigns based on goals and review analytics to ensure goals are being achieved.
  • Research and Development: Support with traditional and third-party vendor research and campaigns as required, under the direction of a senior member of the team.
  • Dashboard Management: Proof dashboards, ensuring they are accurate prior to status meetings.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of marketing experience (can include Co-Op placements)
  • Post-secondary education in advertising, marketing, journalism, business, or relevant experience
  • Avid interest in measuring success by numbers and able to share those insights with clients in an easy-to-understand way
  • Demonstrated ability to present and speak to clients professionally and confidently
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with experience presenting to clients
  • Highly organized with the ability to function in a fast-paced business environment
