Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Secretary to join our team at OHE Consultants. As an Executive Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of our organization.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate office procedures and routines, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Plan and control budgets and expenditures, maintaining financial accuracy and transparency.
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures, driving operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, showcasing exceptional documentation skills.
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines, promoting a productive work environment.
  • Manage contracts, fostering strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders.
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, providing top-notch customer service.
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information, analyzing trends and insights to inform business decisions.
  • Evaluate work environments, programs, and procedures to control, eliminate, and prevent disease or injury, prioritizing employee well-being.
Requirements
  • A degree from a recognized post-secondary institution or equivalent experience.
  • At least one year of relevant work experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with expertise in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • A keen eye for detail, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Project management experience, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Correspondence and report writing skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and high-pressure situations.
  • Familiarity with computerized information filing systems, with a strong understanding of data management principles.
