Key Responsibilities



  • Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting customers with a smile, assisting with product recommendations, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Cover assigned salesfloor areas to ensure seamless customer interactions.
  • Zones assigned areas to maintain a visually appealing environment.
  • Work with recovery merchandise from the Customer Service desk and other areas of the store.
  • Assist with Front End coverage as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure optimal floor coverage.
  • Contribute to a safe, clean, and hazard-free working environment by adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Stock merchandise, pick items, and downstock as necessary, while applying product protection when required.
  • Set and complete modulars, including flex modulars, and set new shelf caps.

Minimum Requirements


To be considered for this role, you must be at least 16 years old.
