Executive Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cook to join our team at Indian Pan Flame. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the needs of our customers.
- Food Safety and Quality: Ensure that all food is prepared and cooked to the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and train kitchen staff and helpers to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and work area to ensure that we are providing a safe and healthy environment for our customers and staff.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent cooking skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong leadership and communication skills.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy loads.
- Client Focus: Ability to provide excellent customer service and ensure that our customers are satisfied with their dining experience.
- Dependability: Ability to work independently and as part of a team to ensure that we are meeting our customer needs.
- Excellent Oral Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with customers, staff, and management.
