About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Barburrito Brooks. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for leading the preparation and cooking of complete meals and individual dishes, as well as training staff in food preparation and handling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes for our customers
  • Train staff in food preparation and handling
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
  • Manage kitchen operations, including ordering supplies and equipment
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve our goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Willingness to relocate
  • Relocation costs covered by employer
