Store Supervisor Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Dollar Haven & Discount. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store meets its sales and customer satisfaction targets.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of sales staff, including apprentices, sales associates, and design team members, to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet sales targets.
- Sales Floor Management: Assign sales staff to duties, manage the sales floor, and ensure that customers receive excellent service.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, including ordering merchandise and authorizing returns.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Store Operations: Establish work schedules, manage store budgets, and ensure that the store is maintained in a clean and safe condition.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail management role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail.
This is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks is essential. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will have excellent problem-solving skills.
