Job Title: Food Service Supervisor - Lead Team Member
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Pita Pit. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish methods to meet work schedules
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
- Establish work schedules
Requirements:
