Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at 615163 NB Inc. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Culinary Leadership: Supervise and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure seamless food preparation and service.
  • Inventory Management: Manage food and kitchen supplies to minimize waste and optimize inventory levels.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all dishes meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring that all dishes are prepared to order and presented in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
