About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef to join our team at 615163 NB Inc. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the preparation and cooking of meals for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure seamless execution of kitchen operations.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels and ensure that all necessary supplies are on hand.
  • Cost Control: Analyze and control food costs to ensure profitability.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
