Job Description

We're seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to assess and treat clients with physical, neurological, and/or mental health conditions. As a Clinical Rehabilitation Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Assessing client's physical and/or cognitive functioning within the clinic setting
  • Performing job demands analyses, functional capacity evaluations, cognitive abilities evaluations, ergonomic assessments, attendant care, and pre-employment assessments
  • Creating and implementing individualized treatment plans based on analysis and clinical reasoning
  • Utilizing e-charting software to document treatment sessions
  • Collaborating with the inter-professional team at your clinic
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience treating clients with physical, neurological, and/or mental health conditions
  • Demonstrated commitment to post-graduate professional development and FCE training
  • Previous experience supporting auto insurance, long-term disability, and WCB referrals (an asset)
  • Experience supporting occupational rehabilitation (a strong asset)
