Job Description

This role involves working as part of a multi-disciplinary team of clinicians, performing complex clinical assessments, and implementing active treatment plans for clients. You will also be required to work cooperatively with clients, treatment teams, and third-party funders to achieve specific objective goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Regular communication with external stakeholders and healthcare teams in both the clinical setting and with hospital partners.
  • Performing complex clinical assessments and implementation of active treatment plans for clients.
  • Working collaboratively with other rehabilitation professionals at your clinic and liaising with orthopedic surgeons and other physician specialists.
  • Providing ongoing evaluation of client progress and contributing to regular team reporting.
  • Utilizing e-charting software to document treatment sessions and recommendations.
Qualifications
  • Registration with the Provincial College of Chiropractors.
  • Graduate in Chiropractic from a duly recognized university.
  • Experience treating clients in a multi-disciplinary rehabilitation setting.
  • Prior experience with WSIB, MVA, insurance-funded cases and occupational rehabilitation.
  • Familiarity with Functional Capacity Evaluations is considered an asset.

The estimated salary for this position is approximately $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on location and industry standards.
