We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Specialist to join our team at D&D Investments Corp.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and execute menus, estimating food requirements and requisitioning supplies as needed.
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste.
- Train kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking, and handling techniques.
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas to maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, ensuring efficient operations and maintaining inventory records.
- Clean kitchen and work areas, adhering to health and safety protocols.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Basic security clearance.
- Excellent attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong communication skills.
- Client focus, flexibility, reliability, and teamwork.
This is a permanent position, working 40 hours per week. The work language is English.
