Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at D&D Investments Corp. as a key member of our culinary operations.

Job Summary:

The Executive Chef will be responsible for leading our kitchen team in the preparation and presentation of high-quality meals, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and implement menus, taking into account seasonal ingredients, dietary restrictions, and customer preferences.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and kitchen assistants, to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Manage kitchen inventory, ordering supplies and equipment as needed, and maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve kitchen efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as purchasing and marketing, to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new recipes, and cooking techniques to maintain our culinary excellence.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing kitchen teams and achieving exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary degree or certification preferred.
