Director, Marketing Operations

About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Director, Marketing Operations to join our marketing team in Toronto. As a key member of our team, you will lead our marketing operations team to drive global marketing performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing operations strategy to unite our global customer journey.
  • Analyze and improve marketing workflows and processes in HubSpot and Salesforce to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide actionable insights based on data analysis to optimize campaigns and drive data-driven decision making.
  • Manage a high-performing team to optimize marketing processes, enhance efficiency, and support our business goals.
  • Coordinate with business leadership to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives.
Requirements
  • In-depth experience in data analysis.
  • Proven success in marketing operations with a B2B software company.
