About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts in promoting our University programs to prospective students. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the marketing strategy and make a positive impact on the growth and success of the students we serve.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to raise awareness, increase brand profile, and drive student enrollment across a portfolio of programs.

Lead Marketing Automation and Data-Driven Decision Making

Lead the creation and implementation of marketing automation strategies and data-driven decision making frameworks to support the recruitment and retention of students.

Oversee Digital Advertising and Marketing Materials

Oversee the creation and execution of digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels, including search, social, display, and event-based marketing, as well as the creation of compelling and persuasive marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and website content.

Manage Marketing Budget and Performance Metrics

Manage a significant direct marketing budget, track campaign performance metrics, and share regular performance updates.

Conduct Market Research and Stay Updated on Industry Trends

Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends for our partner programs to identify new opportunities and improve marketing strategies.

Nurture Relationships with External Partners and Vendors

Nurture and maintain relationships with key external partners and vendors to ensure the successful delivery of marketing initiatives.

Requirements
  • Marketing Experience

Demonstrated experience in marketing, preferably in the higher education industry.

Proven Track Record of Success

Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies with significant budgets.

Marketing Analytics and Data-Driven Decision Making

Familiarity with marketing analytics and experience with data-driven decision making.

Digital Marketing Tools

Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, including Pardot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, Google Ad Manager, Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other related platforms.

Authorization to Work in Canada

Legal authorization to work in Canada.
