About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned data professional to lead our Data and Personalization team at Knix. As the Director of Data and Personalization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven strategies to enhance customer engagement and optimize loyalty programs across our omnichannel retail landscape.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to drive customer engagement and loyalty program optimization.
  • Lead a high-performing team of data analysts, data scientists, and business insights professionals.
  • Ensure the right selection and integration of software to enable value creation through better marketing investments decision making.
  • Utilize advanced analytics and data science to segment customers, develop models, and drive targeted marketing efforts.
  • Analyze loyalty program data to identify growth opportunities and optimize customer experiences.
  • Implement attribution models to assess the impact of marketing campaigns across various channels and optimize marketing spend.
  • Lead initiatives to analyze customer cohort behaviors and enhance personalized marketing to improve customer experiences.
  • Define KPIs, monitor performance, and report insights to executive leadership.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions.
About You
  • 7-10 years of experience in data analytics, data science, and BI within a DTC business, with experience in a leadership capacity at the Director level.
  • Extensive experience leading analytics, data science, and business insights teams within omnichannel retail.
  • Expertise in developing CLTV, Propensity, and Predictive models to drive business results.
  • Proven leadership ability to build, manage, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strong command of analytics tools, attribution modeling, and loyalty program optimization techniques.
  • Deep understanding of digital analytics and the application of data science to solve business challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data concepts into actionable business strategies.
