Job Title: Director of Marketing Communication Planning

Bayview Glen School is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Marketing Communication Planning to lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive marketing plan and communications strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a marketing plan that aligns with the School's mission and strategic goals.
  • Lead the development of creative and compelling communication and marketing programs.
  • Manage and coordinate all social media, advertising, publicity, and public relations efforts.
  • Serve as the School's spokesperson and represent the School in various external communications.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Director of Advancement to achieve the School's fundraising and community engagement goals.
  • Manage a team of communications and marketing professionals to ensure the successful execution of marketing and communications initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or public relations.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing and communications strategies.
  • Excellent storytelling and writing skills, with the ability to leverage various communication platforms.
  • Knowledge of current trends and emerging issues in communications and marketing.
  • Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with project management, data analysis, and budgeting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software.
