Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Technician to join our team at Cell Phone Repair. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for staying up-to-date on the latest technology trends and ensuring that our customers receive top-notch service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stay current on new and emerging technologies in the industry
  • Repair a wide range of devices, including phones, laptops, and gaming systems
  • Provide excellent customer service and support
  • Work independently and lead a team to achieve goals and objectives
  • Manage inventory and order parts as needed
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of all available tools and equipment
  • Recognize trends in the repair industry and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements

  • High School Diploma and some college or technical training
  • Proficient in soldering and Microsoft Office
  • Experience with Point of Sale Systems and opening and closing procedures
  • Good vision with or without corrective lenses/glasses
  • Organization skills and ability to work independently
  • Knowledge of parts suppliers and inventory management
  • Sales experience a plus
