We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Specialist to join our team at Cell Phone Repair. Key Responsibilities
- Stay current on newly released and upcoming technology in the industry, including devices, software, and repair techniques.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of device repair procedures, including troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of complex issues.
- Provide expert-level technical support to team members, including training and guidance on repair procedures and best practices.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement repair procedures, quality control measures, and process improvements.
- Contribute to the development of technical documentation, including repair guides, troubleshooting flowcharts, and other resources.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current on industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as electronics, computer science, or engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical repair role, preferably in the cell phone or electronics industry.
- Proven track record of success in a technical repair environment, including experience with a wide range of devices and repair procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members, management, and customers.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on quality and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Point of Sale systems and inventory management.
