Status: Hourly, Full-Time
POSITION OVERVIEW
The primary role involves the repair and calibration of electronic control systems, including printed circuit boards (PCBs), timers, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and display units. Experience with servo systems or robotics is advantageous. Specialists are expected to evaluate the performance of each repaired device, procure necessary components, and document repair status in the tracking system. Repairs should be executed at a component level, requiring adept soldering and diagnostic skills. Testing instruments must be utilized to confirm successful repairs. Additionally, specialists are tasked with cleaning and testing devices, performing preliminary assessments, and ensuring all units are complete with necessary components. Team collaboration and basic computer skills are essential.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Specialists will conduct electronic and electro-mechanical repairs employing diagnostic techniques and tools. Teamwork and computer proficiency are critical competencies.
- Perform bench-level electronic and electro-mechanical repair tasks
- Document actions taken and communicate progress effectively
Other responsibilities may be assigned as required.
