Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced early childhood educator to fill the position of School Age Director - Oxford County Region.

This role requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as a deep understanding of early childhood education principles and practices.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully implementing inclusive play-based curricula and evaluating program quality.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and support day-to-day operations of our child care centres
  • Implement and lead inclusive play-based curriculum initiatives
  • Evaluate program quality and maintain accurate records
  • Manage centre budgets and oversee human resources
  • Liaise with parents and community partners

Qualifications:

  • An Early Childhood Educator Diploma or degree in a related field of study
  • A minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience within a childcare environment
  • Registration and good standing in the College of Early Childhood Educators (CECE)
  • Valid Standard First Aid and CPR Level C certification
  • Up-to-date immunizations and a current Vulnerable Criminal Reference Check
