Mooredale Soccer Club has been a cornerstone of the Toronto community for over 70 years, providing a comprehensive range of soccer programs for youth. As a registered not-for-profit organization, we prioritize the development of our players and strive to create a positive and inclusive environment.

We are currently seeking a talented Female Lead Coach to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our technical staff to develop and implement our LTPD Program, ensuring that our players receive the best possible experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaboration with Technical Director to achieve program goals
  • Development and implementation of training curriculum
  • Leadership in competition and events
  • Support for all Club Programs and Initiatives
  • Attendance at Club Educational Events
  • Promotion of MSC, Ontario Soccer, and Canada Soccer Player Development
  • Player and parent communication
  • Flexibility to work varied hours

Certification Prerequisites:

  • OS Provincial certifications
  • Age-specific OS Coaching Certification
  • Respect in Sport
  • Making Head Way
  • Making Ethical Decisions

Working Arrangements:

This part-time role is open to flexible scheduling and reporting directly to the Technical Director. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for soccer coaching.
