**About the Role**

The Executive Education Director at Shelby American, Inc. is a strategic leader who plays a pivotal role in achieving student success through various academic channels.

This individual will lead, manage, and advise faculty members and Program Directors at their assigned campus, ensuring all educational goals and student outcomes are met.

Key responsibilities include working with Registrars to create future student and faculty schedules, preparing and executing quarterly faculty agreements, and ensuring faculty adhere to College policies and procedures.

Other duties include organizing faculty meetings, implementing student feedback, maintaining a strong investment in program development, and upholding a culture of care for students.

Success in this position requires a Master's degree, strong background in postsecondary compliance, management, and accreditation, as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate faculty teams.

**Qualifications**

  • Master's degree required; highly preferred degree related to our sector/programs
  • Strong background in postsecondary compliance, management, and accreditation
  • Expert skill level of prioritizing, multi-tasking, and meeting deadlines through strong time management
