Warehouse Operations Manager

SHERRY CARRIER INC. is seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods, managing inventory, and supervising a team of warehouse staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on warehouse performance and inventory levels.
- Ensure the proper maintenance and repair of computer equipment and machinery.
- Recruit, hire, and train staff to meet the needs of the warehouse.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.
- Coordinate and assign work tasks to staff, ensuring that deadlines are met.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Establish and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Plan and organize operational logistics to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
- 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or supply chain role.
- College diploma or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Ability to work in a warehouse setting with heavy loads and equipment.
- Regularly required to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds.
- English is the primary language of communication.
- 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
