Warehouse Operations Manager

SHERRY CARRIER INC. is seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, managing inventory, and supervising a team of 5-10 people.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on warehouse performance and inventory levels.
- Ensure the proper maintenance and repair of computer equipment and machinery.
- Recruit, hire, and train staff to meet the needs of the warehouse.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a warehouse or supply chain role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Reliability and flexibility.

- Work under pressure to meet production targets.
- Handling heavy loads and working in a warehouse environment.
- English is the primary language of communication.
