Warehouse Operations Manager

At SHERRY CARRIER INC., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and inventory management systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on warehouse operations and inventory levels.
- Ensure the maintenance and repair of computer equipment and machinery to prevent downtime and optimize performance.
- Recruit, train, and supervise a team of 5-10 staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the warehouse, including inventory management, shipping, and receiving.
- Establish and maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipments, and receipts.
- Develop and implement procedures to improve productivity, efficiency, and quality control.
- 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or inventory management role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
