The successful candidate will play a crucial role in promoting AMA Insurance products and providing expert advice to our members to protect the things they care about most. A key aspect of this role is building relationships with clients to understand their ever-changing needs, utilizing various customer service skills to promote the retention of existing members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Report to Manager, Insurance Agency
  • Identify members' insurance requirements and provide or advise on the necessary products and services
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to stay informed of their evolving needs
  • Use various tools and presentation styles to effectively promote AMA Insurance products and services

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6 months of experience in the insurance industry or equivalent in sales and/or customer service
  • Hold a valid General Insurance Certificate of Authority Level 1
