Overview

PepsiCo Canada is a leading beverage and snack food company with a strong presence in the Canadian market. As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth and success by leading the sales and distribution strategy for PepsiCo Beverages Canada.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and leadership, with a proven track record of driving volume and revenue growth in a direct store delivery environment. You will be responsible for coaching and leading a team of sales professionals and frontline employees, as well as developing strong relationships with key customers in the region.

Responsibilities

  • Maximize volume and revenue in a defined area through effective sales and distribution strategies
  • Lead a team of sales professionals and frontline employees to achieve sales and customer service goals
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing initiatives to drive business growth and brand development
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and distribution strategies
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education in business or a related field
  • Proven leadership and sales experience in a direct store delivery environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
