Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Broker Relationship Manager to join our team at Scotiabank. As a key member of our mortgage business growth team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow our residential mortgage business through a designated portfolio of Mortgage Brokers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to increase mortgage sales through our network of Mortgage Brokers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Mortgage Brokers to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business growth strategies
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in business development and relationship management
  • Strong understanding of the mortgage industry and market trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
