Customer Acquisition and Relationship Manager

Xplore Inc. is seeking a skilled and motivated individual to fill the position of Sales and Marketing Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for generating sales and driving revenue growth by promoting Xplore's products and services directly to potential residential customers within your designated territory. As an ambassador of Xplore, you will be expected to quickly establish rapport with customers, achieve assigned sales targets, and provide excellent customer service.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the telecommunications industry, be passionate about technology, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Key responsibilities include engaging in proactive door-to-door outreach to identify potential customers, developing a deep understanding of Xplore's products and services, effectively communicating pricing, packages, and promotions to potential customers, and tracking and reporting on sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions using CRM tools or other designated systems.
Responsibilities
- Engage in proactive door-to-door outreach to identify potential customers and generate leads.
- Develop a deep understanding of Xplore's products and services, including features and benefits.
- Effectively communicate pricing, packages, and promotions to potential customers.
- Process orders and document customer requests.
- Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions using CRM tools or other designated systems.
