Job Overview

About the Role

This position is responsible for supporting the sales team, providing competitive analysis, identifying customer needs, and keeping current on product features and benefits. The successful candidate will also be comfortable explaining and demonstrating them, as well as becoming proficient at demonstrating all Road Technology products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the sales team on customer calls and provide demo support as needed.
  • Conduct comprehensive competitive analysis for all Road Technology product lines.
  • Identify customer needs and industry trends to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 3-5 years' sales industry experience and a comprehensive knowledge of heavy equipment considered an asset.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong selling skills and strategies, with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Fluently bilingual in French and English, with excellent language skills.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, Brandt offers a range of benefits, including health and dental insurance, a comprehensive pension plan, and paid time off.
