Waterproofing Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Waterproofing Foreman/Woman to join our team at Hydro-tek. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the waterproofing operations, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Coordinate and schedule activities, prepare production reports, and supervise workers and projects.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all work meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Team Leadership: Train or arrange for training, recommend personnel actions, and lead a team of waterproofing professionals.
- Communication: Excellent oral communication skills are essential for this role, as the successful candidate will be required to read blueprints and drawings, and communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Work Conditions: Work under pressure, with a focus on ensuring health and safety regulations are followed.
- Personal Suitability: Excellent oral communication, organized, reliability, and a team player.
This is a permanent position, working 30 to 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
