Waterproofing Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Waterproofing Foreman/Woman to join our team at Hydro-tek. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the waterproofing operations, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Coordinate and schedule activities, prepare production reports, and supervise workers and projects.
- Team Leadership: Train or arrange for training, set up machines and equipment, and estimate costs and materials.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed, and recommend personnel actions.
- Communication: Excellent oral communication skills are required to read blueprints and drawings, and to requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Work Conditions: Work under pressure, and have excellent physical capabilities.
- Personal Suitability: Organized, reliable, and a team player.
Permanent position, 30 to 40 hours per week, with a language of work: English.
