Waterproofing Operations Manager

Hydro-tek is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Waterproofing Foreman/Woman to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of waterproofing projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Team Supervision: Supervise and train a team of workers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to complete tasks efficiently.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits to ensure that work is being carried out to the highest standards.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on project progress and any issues that may arise.
- Resource Management: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed on site.
- Personnel Management: Recommend personnel actions and participate in the recruitment process.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent oral communication, organized, reliability, team player.
- Work Conditions: Work under pressure, 30 to 40 hours per week.
