Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Waterproofing Foreman/Woman to join our team at Hydro-tek. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of waterproofing projects, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Coordinate and schedule activities, prepare production reports, and supervise workers and projects to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Team Leadership: Train or arrange for training, recommend personnel actions, and lead by example to foster a positive and productive team environment.
  • Technical Expertise: Set up machines and equipment, estimate costs and materials, and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
  • Communication: Excellent oral communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field is preferred.
  • Work Environment: Work under pressure, with a focus on delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Personal Qualities: Organized, reliable, and a team player with excellent communication skills.
Working Conditions
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
