Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Waterproofing Foreman/Woman to join our team at Hydro-tek. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the waterproofing process and ensuring that our projects are completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the work of our waterproofing team, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute waterproofing projects from start to finish, including preparing production reports and coordinating with other teams.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that our team members are trained and equipped to work safely.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with our team members, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time and to the required standard.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve problems that may arise during the waterproofing process, and implement solutions to prevent similar issues in the future.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
