Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

  • Financial Coordination: Manage client and supplier invoices, reconcile bank statements, and perform other financial tasks as required.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including tasks such as document classification, archiving, and digitization.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Secretariat, or a related field.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
